I ended up selling the truck for $23,000.00 and that is pretty low below the book price. So not only did I make HUGE money selling this Ford Pickup, but I also was able to please the buyer with a great deal. If I would have been a little less lazy about it, that Ford F-350 could have sold for closer to $28.000.00.
So I turned a profit of $16,900 just like that. Now don’t get me wrong, these vehicles don’t just jump into your lap. There is some work involved. There is research to be done and a couple of people to compete with (but not many) so don’t think that this is some magic pill that you take and the Ford pickup or Ford Escort just jump in your back yard. And they are not always going to be 90% off. Some vehicles will be 30 some will be 60. The average I see is around 60% off.
Don't have a lot of money to start with? I bought my first vehicles for $150.00 and sold it for $400.00. Made $250.00, boy was I excited. It was a Ford Festiva, a little pink one.
